Registration for the Fall/Winter sale is now open! All items must be entered into the system by July 26th at 11:00 a.m! Please read the info below and click the link at the bottom of this page to access your account or to create a new one.
Items with new limits:
Each conisgnor may only bring in 150 total items
Each consignor may only bring in their favorite 4 costumes (for the Fall/Winter sale only)
Each consignor may only bring in 20 books (NO DOLLY PARTON IMAGINATION LIBRARY BOOKS)
***If a consignor's TOTAL SALES is less than $300, he/she will receive 70% of his/her total sales amount.
***If a consignor's TOTAL SALES is between $300 and $350, the consignor will receive 75% of this total sales amount.
***If a consignor's TOTAL SALES is more than $350, he/she will receive 80% of this total sales amount.
***PERCENTAGE IS BASED OF TOTAL SALES AND NOT THE TOTAL AMOUNT IN YOUR ACTIVE INVENTORY!
We are NOT requiring consignors to work a specific number of hours in order to be eligible for the higher percentages. We are simply thankful to have you as consignors and want to encourage you to sell even more! Bringing in your bigger items and tagging your precious "better wear" items to sell at the church will ensure that you hit your target sales amount. There is a $10 cash/check fee due at the time of drop off. This is to help cover our costs of hosting the sale (rentals, advertising, etc).
Due to missing the previous 2 sales, we are expecting more inventory than usual. We do not want to limit the number of consignors or reduce the number of items each consignor is allowed to sell. If the clothing racks and floor space fill up, we may hold items to restock those spaces as items sell and space becomes available.
For each sale, we will only be accepting clothes in current styles with no stains or holes that are appropriate for THAT PARTICULAR SALE'S SEASON (in addition to the usual toys, books, baby equipment, etc that we accept at each sale). Each consignor must enter at least 10 items but not more than 150 items. For a more specific list of items accepted and not accepted, please click on the "Accepted Items" tab. If you do not see your item listed, feel free to email us to ask about it. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING JUNIOR GIRLS CLOTHING due to the volume of items we are expecting after missing 2 sales!
WE LOVE OUR VOLUNTEERS! Volunteers who work more than one shift will be given a Pre-Sale pass for Thursday at 5:00 pm. Consignors (who do not also volunteer for two or more shifts) and volunteers who only work one shift will not begin shopping until 6:00 pm on Thursday.
