The 2014 Spring Kid Sale will be held March 11 - 15, 2014.
Drop Off Dates: (consignors)
Tuesday, March 11th: 10am - 6pm (Room A291 & A292)
Wednesday, March 12th: 10am - 3pm (Room A291 & A292)
PRE-SALE: (Pass Required)
Thursday, March 13th: 5pm - 6pm (for volunteers only)*
Thursday, March 13th: 6pm - 8pm (for consignors and/or volunteers)
*Please note that if you consign, but do not volunteer, you will shop an hour later than our volunteers.
PUBLIC SALE DATES:
Friday, March 14th: 10am - 5pm
Saturday, March 15th: 9am - 12pm (HALF PRICE DAY)
Saturday, March 15th: 12pm-2pm (Pick up ends at 2pm SHARP. All unclaimed items will be donated.)
****FOR THIS SALE ONLY:
Due to the timing of Williamson County's Spring Break, we realize many consignors may be leaving town on Friday or Saturday. For this sale only, we will allow consignors to pick up their unsold items any time on Friday or Saturday. You may also have a friend/relative pick up your items if you are heading out of town. The person picking up your unsold items will need to be able to give your consignor number as well as your phone number and/or mailing address!
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) In order to show our volunteers how much they are appreciated, volunteers will be given a Pre-Sale pass for Thursday and will be allowed to start shopping at 5:00 pm. Consignors (who do not also volunteer) will not begin shopping until 6:00 pm on Thursday.
2) We have more equipment and have changed the way we will do check in so that it will go MUCH FASTER this time around.
3) There will be no shopping during the pickup times on Sat from 12-2.
4) All items must be entered into the online system by 11:00 pm on Sunday, March 9th.
